Payment is required within 10 days of sale (check or money orders sales).
Check payment orders are held for approx. 7 days until they are cleared.
All orders are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
If your merchandise is damaged you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your package.

THERE WILL BE A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE FOR ANY RETURNS THAT ARE OF NO FAULT TO COLLECTORS GATEWAY
Returns WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization and an "RMA Number".
Return Requests must be made within 14 days of merchandise receipt.
Refunds for returns will be issued once merchandise has been received in our warehouse.
All returned merchandise will be inspected and noted according to initial reason stated for return. Initial S/H as well as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and no refunds will be alloted.
Merchandise minus 15% Re-stocking fee will be refunded to the customer via the same manner as which item initially purchased. (If paid with Money Order, customer will receive refund via Check)
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that merchandise is returned with Insurance and some form of tracking. If customer states item returned and package was not delivered to us or the item was damaged during transit back to us, credit will not be issued.
